What the newspapers rarely report

Generosity. If I'm prosperous, I have something extra to give to people who can't do what I do. What is it in us humans that we are we so easily critical of people who prosper, who employ others, who pay their taxes fairly, who love doing right and within their blessed prosperity may drive a brand new car?

What in man envies these success's, gets jealous of others being blessed, hates to see a good man overcome evil? Is that not war.

Wars start in our own heart so if we don't deal with our own pride we perpetuate the problem for all. That's why the knowledge of God is threatening ... it threatens our pride which is where the war began.
